The shipments are completely free.

 Due to high order demand, order processing time may take up to 3 to 4 business days. Please note that during the holiday season, delays may occur due to the increased volume of orders being processed and shipped. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy period.

Shipments may take 1 to 2 business days depending on the destination.

 Please be aware that orders placed after December 5th cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause, but this timeline ensures we can fulfill all orders fairly and accurately given the high volume of requests during the holiday season. We encourage our customers to order early to avoid any disappointment.

Additionally, while we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by factors such as increased shipping demand, logistics issues, or unforeseen events are beyond our control. For this reason, if your order is delivered after your desired date, we will not be able to offer a refund unless the product arrives damaged or in unusable condition. This policy is necessary to allow us to continue providing free shipping and high-quality products to all our customers.
